About Our Team
Amy Rowland, M.S., CCC-SLP is a licensed and board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist in California. She holds a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University, Fullerton. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including public schools, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation. As a certified SPEAK OUT! provider, Amy specializes in helping individuals with Parkinson’s disease preserve and strengthen their voice and swallowing abilities. She is equally passionate about working with young children, using play-based, engaging, and evidence-based strategies to support speech and language development.
Jenna Schaeffer, M.S., CCC-SLP is a licensed and board-certified bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist in California. She earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Columbia University and her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Development from Tulane University. Jenna is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist with extensive expertise in outpatient rehabilitation, having provided speech therapy at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Hospital for 8 years. Recently, Jenna developed a strong passion for providing Early Intervention services focusing on helping young children with speech and language delays. Through play-based therapy and parent coaching, Jenna now works closely with families to support meaningful communication growth at home and beyond.

Amy founded Speech Therapy with Amy to provide individualized, compassionate, and effective therapy for people of all ages and backgrounds, with the goal of building both communication skills and confidence. We now take Blue Shield of CA, United Healthcare, and specific Medicare Advantage plans.
